Order Changes
Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make it right. Once your order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you cannot find the email, no worries. Contact us with your name and the email address you used at checkout. We will resend it right away.

Shipping
All orders ship from our warehouse in Providence, Rhode Island. Inventory is stored in-house and managed directly by our team to ensure quality and accuracy.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days from confirmation. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and U.S. holidays.

Shipping Rates
U.S. Standard Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on USPS rates & we offer Free U.S. Shipping on orders over $90.
International Shipping (Canada, Mexico, UK, Australia): Rates calculated at checkout

International Orders
We ship to Canada, Mexico, the UK, and Australia. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees. These are not included in your order total and may be due upon delivery. In some cases, customs may charge a fee upon pickup. We do not control these charges as they are determined by your country's customs office. Refused packages will not be refunded. If you're unsure about potential fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
