What is a return?

A return is when you send an item back and get your money back. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us and a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. See details below.


What is an exchange?

An exchange is when you send an item back and get a different size or color instead. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us but there is no restocking fee. See details below.


Can I return or exchange underwear?

Due to the intimate nature of these products, all underwear and intimate items are final sale. No returns. No exchanges. No exceptions. We appreciate your understanding.


Can I return apparel like shorts or t-shirts?

Yes, if you bought it at full price. You have 30 days from delivery.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and all labels must still be attached. If you removed the labels, we unfortunately cannot accept it.

What will it cost me? You pay to ship the item back to us. A $10 restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you bought it on sale or with a promo code, you cannot return it for a refund. You can still exchange it.

Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Can I exchange apparel like shorts or t-shirts?

Of course. We want you to get the right fit. You have 30 days from delivery.

What will it cost me? You pay to ship the item back to us. That is it. No restocking fee. Once we receive and inspect it, we will ship your replacement at no charge. Please allow a few extra days for processing since our team is small. We appreciate your patience.

Clearance items cannot be exchanged.

I ordered from Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok Shop. Can I return here?

No. Orders placed through other platforms must be returned through that platform. Their policies apply, not ours.


Can international customers return or exchange items?

Unfortunately, all international orders are final sale at this time.
