What’s a drop? 
A drop is a limited release of Eddy underwear—one style (or a small group) at a time, produced in small quantities.

Why does Eddy work this way? 
This model allows Eddy to put the intimate back in intimate wear by keeping the process focused and flexible—creating underwear that’s made to feel good, fit better, and celebrate gay underwear culture in the present moment.

Will sold-out styles be restocked? 
Possibly. Some styles return, others don’t. Restocks are based on interest, feedback, and overall demand. If you love something, act fast—quantities are limited.

How are future drops announced? 
All drop announcements are shared online, through the newsletter, and across social media.

Shipping & Processing

All orders are dispatched from Eddy’s warehouse and operational hub in Providence, Rhode Island, USA. Inventory is stored in-house and managed directly by our team to ensure quality and accuracy. Orders are typically prepared and processed within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days from the time of confirmation. The warehouse is closed on weekends and U.S. holidays. Eddy is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, misplaced, or mishandled by carriers or third parties, nor for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email and/or text message with a tracking link. If you unable to find your shipping notification email or text message, please reach out to us below. Provide your name and the email address and/or phone number you used to complete the purchase and we'll promptly resend your shipping tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Because of our stretchable waistband design, each size covers a four-number range for the perfect fit.

For a regular fit, choose your usual size.
For looser fit, size up.
For tighter fit, size down.
